Data processing when you use our website
The HAKO-Lehrmittel website automatically collects data and stores it in temporary log files on the web servers; your browser sends this data to allow you to visit the website and to display it correctly. Specifically this means:

- Operating system-specific information (operating system and version)
- Referrer URL (previously visited page or hyperlink)
- Provider-specific information (IP address and Internet service provider)
Access information (date, time, frequency, volume of data). This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. It is stored for up to 7 days as a technical precautionary measure, then it is automatically deleted.
On the HAKO-Lehrmittel website, no cookies will be used.
Data collection when you make contact
When you make contact with HAKO-Lehrmittel by e-mail, telephone, fax or using a contact form, we store the data you provide (your email address, and sometimes your name, address and telephone number) to allow us to answer your enquiry.
